Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases made from ByteYeti Private Limited (CIN: U66290KA2023PTC175426), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Flat No. A1/711, Amrutha Heights, Borewell Road, Bangalore South, Bangalore, Karnataka 560066, India ("ByteYeti", "we", "us"). If a product or service has its own refund terms, those terms apply to it.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we will not charge you again.
2. Refunds
- You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first purchase.
- We refund duplicate or incorrect charges in full once we have verified them.
- Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
3. How to request a refund
Email contact@byteyeti.com with your registered email address and transaction ID. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Delivery
Our products and services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods.
